CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule. Please remember to call us as soon as you know you won’t be able to make your scheduled appointment.

To respect the time of our stylists and other clients:

    •    If you miss an appointment or provide less than 48 business hours’ notice, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total.

ILLNESS POLICY

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect the health of our team and other clients. While our cancellation policy still applies, we will do our best to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.

BOOKING AGREEMENT

This policy is communicated on our website and upon booking an appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
